Angelus Academy partners with the FACTS Management Company (FACTS) to provide a convenient service to our families for the collection and processing of tuition.

FACTS is an automatic payment system offering a monthly installment plan to families. With FACTS, tuition payments can be made using a personal checking or savings account, or by using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. There is a yearly enrollment fee to use FACTS to pay tuition in monthly installments. There is no additional cost if you choose to pay tuition via FACTS with a checking or savings account. If you choose to use a credit card to pay tuition, there is a 2.75% monthly convenience fee. You may change your payment method as needed through your FACTS online account.

For the 2024-2025 school year, tuition must be paid by one of the following options:

1. Pay in full by June 24, 2024 and receive 3% off your tuition. Payment in full must be made directly to Angelus Academy, not to FACTS. (Please note: the book/supply fee and the activity fee are separate payments and are not subject to the 3% reduction.)
2. Make 10 monthly installments starting in July 2024 and ending in April 2025 via FACTS using a checking or savings account. As an option, you can set up a “custodial account” to satisfy this payment through your bank.
3. Make 10 monthly installments starting in July 2024 and ending in April 2025 via FACTS using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card.

We appreciate your ongoing support as we remain committed to our mission. As always, we will continue to work with families should special financial circumstances or hardship cases arise during the school year.

Again, if you choose to pay your child(ren)’s tuition in full by June 24, 2024 to the receive the 3% discount, please make payment directly to Angelus Academy in person or by mail. Please do not use the FACTS program to pay any tuition in full.
